Artsakh handed back Azerbaijani teenager
The message of NKR state committee of war captives and unknown lost people NKR authorities, expressing good will and following provisions of the Geneva Conventions., with the support of Red Cross International Committee Stepanakert office, handed back Azerbaijani citizen, teenager Javid Samir oghlu Muzafarzadeh (born in 1999) to Azerbaijan. Azerbaijani citizen violated NKR state border on September 5, 2014 at Martakert region.
