Minister of Education and Science wants to hear creative questions
Prosperous Armenia Party (BHK) lawmaker Tigran Urikhanyan today got into an altercation with Minister of Education and Science Armen Ashotyan. The parliament was discussing the $30mln educational loan agreement presented by Serzh Sargsyan. When the MP asked whether the agreement is possible to implement, the Minister tried to give a humorous reply, saying ‘I hoped that after the summer holidays Mr Urikhanyan would pose more creative questions and will not remember and will not remember his previous questions addressed to the former prime minister. “With all my respect to you, I want to say that every time you find something from the past to remind me. I am asking you a definite question and waiting for the answer,” said Mr Urikhanyan.
