Soldier imprisoned for causing to commit suicide: Pastinfo
A criminal case was instituted with regard to the materials prepared on the death of soldier Samvel Harutyunyan under Part 1, article 110 of the Criminal Code of the RA (Causing somebody to commit suicide). It was said by RA DM Investigation service senior officer Meri Sargsyan in the conversation with Pastinfo. On suspicion of crime according to Part 1, article 359 of the Criminal Code of the RA (breach of relations, prescribed by field manuals, between servicemen not subordinated to each other, expressed in humiliation of the person’s honor and self-esteem, persecution or violence) soldier Vardan Davtyan was imprisoned.
