Citizen lost large sums at the auction announced by Compulsory Enforcement Service (video)
Sasun Tamazyan, who participated in the next auction of cars announced by Compulsory Enforcement Service of Judicial Acts, was again disappointed and cheated. He took part in the auction for a "PORSHE CAYENNE", submitted the highest bid and won the auction. Then he paid 5 percent of the total amount which made AMD 250 000. However, the Compulsory Enforcement Service refuses to show the car, explaining that only after paying the total price of the auctioned vehicle [AMD 6 500 000] will the bidder be allowed to see it. “By law, everyone should have the opportunity to view the lot,” says Sasun.
