RA General Prosecutor Gevorg Kostanyan is RA Government representative in the ECHR and he is also included in “the committee choosing ECHR judge from RA candidates” and isn’t going to replace Alvina Gyulumyan. What relates to commenting the news on complaints about the work of RA General Prosecutor, I don’t find it necessary. Of course, those will complain of his work, who are deprived of the opportunity of corruption and violating the law.
