Minister is not guilty for divorces
Today at the Government session Justice Minister Hovhannes Manukyan demanded money from the Government for increasing the number of divorce certificates. Prime Minister Hovik Abrahamyan wanted to know the reason of divorce increase. Minister answered that he isn’t guilty. He was assigned to examine the reasons.
