Paruyr Hayrikyan holding protest at 26 Baghramyan Avenue (video)
A protest action initiated by the Chairman of the Union for National Self-Determination (AIM) kicked off outside the Presidential Palace at 26 Baghramyan Avenue. Addressing the participants of the protest, Paruyr Hayrikyan said he had asked Serzh Sargsyan several times to reconsider his decision to join the Customs Union. "If Serzh Sargsyan does not hand in resignation until September 8, I shall start a hunger strike as I promised earlier," said Mr Hayrikyan.
