Opinion: Kocharyan started to commit crimes as soon as he arrived in Armenia (video)
The realm of darkness … Lawyer Seda Safaryan describes Armenia during 1998-2008 in these words. The lawyer cast a retrospective glance at those years the recent film telling about Robert Kocharyan served as the second President of Armenia between 1998 and 2008. When watching the film, Seda Safaryan got the impression that Mr Kocharyan lived in a different county at that time. Besides, his actions are presented as feats which has nothing to do with reality. The lawyer says the country’s economy collapsed during Kocharyan's presidency. Garnik Margaryan, Chairman of the Fatherland and Honour Party, holds the same opinion. He says as soon as Kocharyan arrived in Armenia, he started to commit crimes.
