Only yesterday Red Cross was informed about the captive, who was captured a week ago
Armenian Office of Red Cross was informed from Azerbaijani media that Noyemberyan citizen Sargis Ananyan crossed Armenian-Azerbaijani border a week ago and appeared in Ghazakh village. “We were informed about it only yesterday and have already turned to Azerbaijani authorities to meet the captive. Negotiations are still on process,”- in the conversation with A1+ informed Red Cross Armenian Office press service employee Hasmik Galstyan. According to Azerbaijani press, Sargis Ananyan born in 1961 crossed the border on August 26.
