Armenian soldier Hakob Injighulyan, who was kept in Azerbaijani captivity since August 2013, is now in a concentration camp in Romania, Injighulyan’s brother Harutyun told PastInfo news agency. Hakob’s parents talk to him several times during the day via Skype, but cannot see his face because of the lack of camera. The brother says the most important for them is the fact his brother has been transferred from Azerbaijan. On the night of August 7, 2013, Hakob Injighulyan, an Armenian citizen and an army conscript, crossed the Azeri border and was subsequently captured by Azeri soldiers.
