Shavarsh Kocharyan prefers extreme relaxation
The person, who does not rest properly, cannot work well. If we want to have a courteous and cultured nation, we should have a good rest, sociologist Aharon Adibekyan told reporters on September 1. He says people should go on holiday at least twice a year – in summer and in winter, thereby promoting the work of tour agencies. Speaking about the psychological aspects of recreation, psychologist Samvel Khudoyan singled out two options: one should plan his holidays considering the place one would like to go for a holiday and his occupation. For example, if your work is active you should choose passive recreation and the vice versa. The psychologist advises returning from holidays a few days early in order to get adapted to the routine easily. At the same time, he stresses that if one does not have a proper rest, he will encounter serious problems. In his turn, Aharon Adibekyan reminded that Deputy Foreign Minister Shavarsh Kocharyan loves extreme sports, which is a right way to relax. When asked whether he would advise other political figures to follow Kocharyan’s example, the sociologist said, “Politics is an extreme activity itself.”
