US Co-chair: Ceasefire needs to be respected

The US Co-chair of the OSCE Minsk Group has expressed his concern over the recent tragic incident on the Line of Contact between the armed forces of Karabakh and Azerbaijan.

“We are seriously concerned about the recent upsurge in violence along the Line of Contact. The ceasefire needs to be respected,” James Warlick wrote in his Twitter microblog.

Two Armenian solders died in the July 31 attack on the Line of Contact. Azerbaijan said they had eight losses.
