LIve discussion: Possible Impact of Tbilisi Incident on Georgia-Armenia Relations (video)
At 12.00, July 29, the Institute for War and Peace Reporting (IWPR), in cooperation with the Media Center, will host a discussion, entitled “Current Phase of Armenia-Georgia Relations: Possible Impact of the Recent Incident at Holy Etchmiadzin Church in Tbilisi on Inter-Ethnic Relations.” Sergei Minasyan, a political scientist and Deputy Director of the Caucasus Institute and Jonny Melikyan, an analyst and head of the Center for Political and Legal Studies, will be the guest speakers of the discussion event held at the Media Center office. Giorgi Gvimradze, an expert of the Strategic Research Center and Arsen Kharatyan, an expert and member of management board of Civil Agreement, will join the discussion from Georgia via video link. This discussion event is part of IWPR’s Building Bridges/Building Capacity project, supported by the Royal Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Norway.
