Arkady Ter-Tadevosyan: If anything happens to Hayrapetyan, Russia will be involved in a new Magnitsky case
The health condition of well-known Armenian millionaire Levon Hayrapetyan, who was arrested by Russian Security Forces earlier this month, is so bad that the businessman cannot be kept in custody for a long time, Karabakh war hero, Major-General Arkady Ter-Tadevosyan said. “The diseases Hayrapetyan suffers from are more than a solid ground for the Russian court to release him,” he said. “If anything happens to Hayrapetyan, Russia will be involved in a new Magnitsky case,” added Arkady Ter-Tadevosyan.
