Armenia suffers no losses in cross-border shooting
A spokesperson for the Armenian Ministry of Defense said Saturday that Armenia has not sustained losses in the result of the recent shooting in the country’s north-east, tert.am reports. “Fortunately, the Armenian side does not have any losses. They [Azerbaijanis] have injured people, but we cannot say anything about them,” Hovhannisyan told reporters commenting on Azerbaijani shooting in the direction of the villages of Movses, Aygepar, Nerkin Karmiraghbyur of Tavush region. Artsrun Hovhannisyan said that the Armenian defense troops did not initially react to the irregular shootings of the Azerbaijani forces and resorted to retaliation only after the gun attacks became regular.
