HCA Vanadzor against Ministry of Defence: Administrative Court upholds lawsuit
The Administrative Court of Armenia has upheld the lawsuit filed by the Helsinki Citizens' Assembly Vanadzor office against the Ministry of Defence. HCA Vanadzor filed the lawsuit back in 2010 requesting information on the names of companies supplying food, clothes, fuel and stationeries and the types of the products mentioned.
