They divide money between them and close the cases, say residents (video)
A group of citizens, who have been deprived of their property, today gathered outside the building of the RA General Prosecutor's Office, demanding a meeting with Prosecutor General Gevorg Kostanyan. Armenuhi Harutyunyan, who lost her home about ten years ago, has gone to all instances to restore her rights but to no avail. “The Cadastre cannot issue different documents. This is outright deception. They divide money between them and close the cases. Why don’t they come down and talk to us?” said the angered protesters. After waiting for several hours, the group members were called in to register for the meeting with Gevorg Kostanyan.
