Aghvan Hovsepyan appointed Investigative Committee Chairman
Serzh Sargsyan has signed a decree to appoint Aghvan Hovsepyan Chairman of the Investigative Committee of the Republic of Armenia. The decision was based on Article 55 (Item 5) of the Armenian Constitution and Articles 20 and 51 of the RA Law on the Investigative Committee of the Republic of Armenia.
