Bako Sahakyan: Baku carried out provocative actions
On July 16, President of the Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) Republic Bako Sahakyan met with Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairman-in-Office, Ambassador Andrzej Kasprzyk. The interlocutors discussed a number of issues related to the current stage of talks over the Azerbaijani-Karabakh conflict, as well as the situation along the Line of Contact between the armed forces of Nagorno-Karabakh and Azerbaijan. Bako Sahakyan considered the recent incursion of an Azerbaijani reconnaissance-sabotage group into the territory of Artaskh as another provocative and terrorist act of the official Baku, which was a serious blow to the negotiation process and the efforts of the OSCE Minsk Group mediators. The Artsakh President stressed that the international community is expected to give an appropriate assessment to the Azerbaijani infiltration attempt.
