The Hayastan All Armenia Fund reports that by the end of this year residents of the village of Shosh in Artsakh will have a new community center that will house the municipal office, a computer room, a library, and first aid unit. A hall to host events and other celebrations will be built adjacent to the center. A new school was built in the village in 2004 with the financial donations from the Fund’s Toronto branch. The school already provides a minibus service for children and has Internet access. The village with a population of 610 residents is located in Askeran region of Artsakh.
