Shosh Village in Artsakh to have community center by yearend

The Hayastan All Armenia Fund reports that by the end of this year residents of the village of Shosh in Artsakh will have a new community center that will house the municipal office, a computer room, a library, and first aid unit.

A hall to host events and other celebrations will be built adjacent to the center.

A new school was built in the village in 2004 with the financial donations from the Fund’s Toronto branch. The school already provides a minibus service for children and has Internet access.

The village with a population of 610 residents is located in Askeran region of Artsakh.
