“The state isn’t like a state”: Arshak Sadoyan (video)
If the RA Constitution was good, Armenia wouldn’t be in the situation like it is today. In the conversation with A1+ announced NA former Deputy Arshak Sadoyan. According to him, there is great need for constitutional reforms, “There is a chance to build a good state with good Constitution.
