How is transport quality improved? (video)
Yerevan local transport fare discussing commission member, “Consumers’ union” head Armen Poghosyan isn’t much informed about the commission’s work, which he considers not to be normal. Today at A1+ studio he turned to HHK board member Naira Nahapetyan’s announcement that transport fare won’t increase, but service quality will be improved, “Previously, fare must be increased to improve the quality, and now there is no logic that they improve the quality without price increase.” This, according to Mr. Poghosyan, may have other consequences.
