Raffi Hovhannisyan was with traditional scarf (video)
Today “Heritage” party 10th conference started. According to the tradition, the conference started with the RA anthem. And before the start Heritage leader Raffi Hovhannisyan congratulated one of the October 27 victims- Yuri Bakhshyan, on the birthday anniversary. Instead of the opening speech, Raffi Hovhannisyan preferred to read a letter from a young man. The young man urged everybody to be determined, to fight for their rights and not to follow the traitor leader. “We will be reunited, if we want, we will be rebuilt and even reborn,”- was said in the letter. By the way, Raffi Hovhannisyan was with traditional scarf.
