Hovhannisyan as the RA AMBASSADOR EXTRAORDINARY AND PLENIPOTENTIARY in the Republic of Panama Guided by the RA Constitution Article 55, Point 8, I decide: To appoint the RA AMBASSADOR EXTRAORDINARY AND PLENIPOTENTIARY in the United States of Mexico Grigor Hovhannisyan simultaneously as the RA AMBASSADOR EXTRAORDINARY AND PLENIPOTENTIARY in the Republic of Panama (residence- Mexico City).
