Today before starting the Government session, Hovik Abrahamyan turned to “crowd phenomena”, when coins were thrown towards the authorities and deputies. He meant the last week’s incident, when the members of “I am against” threw coins at the deputies at the NA back door after the Government had adopted the mandatory funded law. Prime Minister called all these “extremely lawless behavior”, “I don’t want my words to be misunderstood, I am for peaceful gatherings, but the freedom ends there, where others’ rights start.” Then Prime Minister urged Justice Minister and Police head to invite their European partners and discuss these issues with them in order to find solutions, “I will not tolerate such behavior,”- once again noted Prime Minister. Now the Government session is under process.
