Resident pours water on policemen (video)
The situation remains tense outside the building of the Public Services Regulatory Commission in Yerevan where a group of citizens and civil activists are protesting against the pending rise in electricity prices. The protesters have blocked the way of the police car which is taking the two detained activists to a police department. One of the residents of a nearby building has poured water on policemen.
