Police detain two activists protesting outside Public Services Regulatory Commission (video)
Police have detained two activists in Yerevan who were protesting against the rise in electricity prices. They were trying to approach the entrance of the Public Services Regulatory Commission to pose their demands. Police officers chained the building and formed a human wall, with the activists trying to break through the wall.
