From the aspect of RA-Diaspora relations, we are left in the middle ages: thinks BHK party secretary Naira Zohrabyan. “If the problem is formulated in a right way, and if we consider Diaspora as an equal partner for the country, we have many skillful people in Diaspora, who can solve serious problems in the international institutions, where we, alas, are defeated because of the wrong lobbying,”- said Naira Zohrabyan.
