Killed soldier was the only son of the Khachatryans

Soldier Grisha Khachatryan, who was deadly wounded in one of the military units situated on Armenian-Azerbaijani border south-western direction, was from Sisian region Sarnakunq village. 20-year-old Grisha was the junior in the family and the only son. According to Sarnakunq school Director Anushavan Vardanyan, Grisha and his three sisters studied well at school, they were disciplined and diligent. “Grisha was from modest, intelligent and disciplined family,”- notes Anushavan Khachatryan. After finishing school, Grisha entered YSU Historical faculty and was drafted into the army. Grisha was one year soldier. It isn’t still known, whether soldier’s body will be buried in Sisian City Pantheon or in the village. Grisha Khachatryan is the third soldier from Sisian killed on the border during this year.
