OEK also met HHK (video)
OEK has started political consultations with all the NA political powers. According to OEK Deputy Mher Shahgeldyan, they also met and had discussions with the HHK party for full political agreement. OEK wants 100 percent proportional electoral system, they also informed international institutions about it. They are going to present their position also to the extra-parliamentary forces.
