The NA restarted its work. Today the session started an hour late, which, according to the NA vice President Eduard Sharmazanov, caused that the Deputies were late for the session and failed it. Finally, the quorum was provided- 66 people. Today a number of laws will be discussed, including laws on civil servants, funded pensions, accounting and so on.
