The NA session failed because of the lack of the quorum (video)
Today the NA session failed because of the lack of the quorum. If the quorum is not ensured in three hours, the session will be delayed for more three hours. 63 Deputies were present at the session, but 66 Deputies’ presence was needed. But shortly before the NA vice President Edvard Sharmazanov informed that the session is likely to start in 15 minutes, as “65 Deputies are already here and one is on the road.”
