Gohar Harutyunyan, head and founder of the House-Museum for Aram Khachatryan is being dismissed.

2 days ago she was called to Culture and Youth Ministry. She was informed she wouldn’t any longer be the head of the Museum. Under the decision of the Minister, young pianist Armine Grigoryan will hold the post of the head and Gohar Harutyunyan will be the vice-head. Minister’s decision is reasoned by the age of Harutyunyan.

Minister Hovik Hoveyan has today introduced the new head to the museum staff.

During the period of office of the former Minister Gohar Harutyunyan concluded an agreement, which will expire in March, 2005.
