Styopa Safaryan: Baku should be viewed as a workplace for Armenians (video)
“I shall not tell anyone not to go to Baku, but…,” says Styopa Safaryan, a member of the Heritage Party. Talking to A1+ on Tuesday, Mr Safaryan said that he happened to participate in an international conference in Baku and enumerated all difficulties and obstacles Armenian delegates encounter during Baku-hosted events.
