Authorities keep silent: Residents will apply to aliens (video)
Residents of Sanahin-Sarahart district of Armenia Alaverdi city are outraged: the manholes of the yards have been blocked for ten days now. Water pipes are also broken. The angered residents have informed the relevant authorities about the problem many times, but they have received no response to this date.
