Vayots Dzor Governor in Arkhangelsk
On June 9-11 with the invitation of Arkhangelsk Governor Igor Orlov, RA Vayots Dzor Governor Edgar Khazaryan’s delegation was in Arkhangelsk with the participation of RA General Consul Hrayr Karapetyan in Saint Petersburg. On June 10 in the morning Armenian delegation met Arkhangelsk Governor Igor Orlov and regional government representatives. During the meeting RA and RF regional relations strengthening, economic, cultural cooperation, particularly Arkhangelsk and Vayots Dzor regions business and cultural problems relating issues were discussed. After the meeting, Armenian kachkar opening ceremony was held in Arkhangelsk, during which Vayots Dzor Governor Edgar Khazaryan, General Consul Hrayr Karapetyan in Saint Petersburg, Arkhangelsk Governor Igor Orlov made their speeches.
