Ombudsman’s institute was created 10 years ago, but many people don’t know when to apply to Ombudsman or where his office is. At the same time, people come to Ombudsman’s office from afar and learn with disappointment that the law doesn’t allow Ombudsman to interfere in such cases. So, on one hand people, who must look for defense in other places, apply to Ombudsman, on the other hand, many people are left unprotected, as they don’t know Ombudsman’s support possibilities.
