Non-governing forces in Armenia pose 12 demands to authorities (video)

The four non-governing forces in Armenia today held their recurrent meeting that lasted four hours. After the meeting, Ruben Hakobyan, Head of the Heritage faction in parliament, talked to journalists without ‘opening brackets.’

A1+’s correspondent reports from the National Assembly that during the meeting the four forces adopted a 12-clause statement which they are going to submit to the authorities. The package concerns mainly inner political issues and contains the opposition’s demands. Ruben Hakobyan also said the document will be presented to the public after undergoing some editorial changes.  The Heritage party official promised to answer all questions in the upcoming press conference.

Ruben Hakobyan also said that the four opposition forces – Armenian National Congress, Heritage, Prosperous Armenia Party and Armenian Revolutionary Federation (Dashnaktsutyun)- plan to hold joint rallies in autumn.
