Syunik scandalous case was sent to the court: Pastinfo
Armed incident case of last year on June 1st near Syunik former governor Surik Khachatryan’s house was sent to the court. Avetik Budaghyan’s assignee and the only accused Artak Budaghyan’s defender Hayk Alumyan confirmed the information of “Pastinfo”. As a result of investigation today only Artak Budaghyan is accused by RA Criminal Code Article 137 for threats to Surik Khachatryan’s family members. In the interview with “Pastinfo” once Hayk Alumyan noted, that Artak Budaghyan had all opportunities to terminate criminal proceedings and prosecution, if he announced that he is not against amnesty application.
