Bako Sahakyan on NKR and Armenian- Turkish issues
On 27 May Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan partook in a session of the state commission on coordinating events dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the Armenian Genocide. In his speech President Sahakyan considered the Armenian Genocide among the greatest crimes against humanity, qualifying its denial as the continuation of genocidal policy. Bako Sahakyan also noted that attempts to interconnect the improvement of the Armenian-Turkish relations with the Azerbaijani-Karabagh conflict settlement in the form of preconditions were a serious blow to both processes and the efforts carried out by the international community in this direction.
