Consultation on the draft issues
On 24 May Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan partook in an enlarged consultation dedicated to the issues of 2013 winter draft's results and 2014 summer draft held at the Stepanakert Culture and Youth Palace. Defense minister Movses Hakobyan, NKR military commissar Mkhitar Avsharyan, heads of other concerned subdivisions and structures delivered corresponding speeches and reports. Bako Sahakyan considered important proper implementation of the draft and close cooperation between the defense ministry, various government structures and regional administrations, giving appropriate instructions within this context. President of the Artsakh Republic handed in "For Courage" and "For Service in Battle" medals to a group of army servicemen for averting and rebuffing encroachment of the enemy towards military positions of the NKR Defense Army.
