Nune Margaryan is charged with contempt of court. If convicted, she will be put under arrest for 1-2 months and will have to pay a fine. On March 24, when Judge David Harutyunyan was reading the verdict of the six defendants Nune Margaryan threw different items on him and insulted the presentees. She also badmouthed the lawyers and journalists. Garik Margaryan, Arman Baghdasaryan, David Adamyan, Arman Khachatryan, Norayr Hayrapetyan and Arthur Babloyan were arrested on charges of beating four military physicians – Vahe Avetyan, Arkadi Aghajanyan, Edgar Nikoyan and Artak Bayadyan – at the Harsnakar restaurant owned by former Republican lawmaker Ruben Hayrapetyan.  The tragic incident happened on June 17, 2012. After a 12-day fight for his life, Avetyan died in hospital on June 29 without regaining consciousness. On March 24, the six men were sentenced to 12 years’ imprisonment.
