Children to appear in the world of fairy tales (video)
Different events are scheduled to be held in Armenia in the first week of June within the framework of celebrations marking Children's Day. The Symphonic Orchestra and Choir of the National Academic Theater of Opera and Ballet will perform children's songs and music especially for Armenian children. From 1 to 3 June, children in Gyumri, Vanadzor and Yerevan will appear in the world of fairy tales, accompanied by classical music. Children from orphanages will be involved in the celebrations to be held in the aforesaid cities. The proceeds from the concert will go to orphanages. Organisers hope to raise about 1,5 million drams.
