Prime Minister Hovik Abrahamyan is not the only person who should feel shame after yesterday's vote on the government's program. "Let them all feel ashamed together with Serzh sargsyan," Levon Zurabyan, head of the Armenian National Congress (HAK) parliamentary group, said during today's briefing. He says the vote was in fact a failure as three of the 70 votes were rigged, two MP were drunk and another lawmaker [Karen Botoyan] was forced to quit his party [Country of Law -OEK] and vote for the government's program. "This shows that the authorities are in such a hopeless situation that they even try to grasp votes from an opposition force," he said.
