NA will discuss ARF project
Today with 77 for, 2 against votes, with NA closed, secret voting Arthur Javadyan was elected CB president. There weren’t invalid ballots. HAK, ARF, BHK and “Heritage” didn’t take part in the voting. There were deputies from OEK who came to the voting. At this moment NA is discussing ARF party initiative- to make changes in the RA “Electoral Code” and turn to 100-percent proportional election system. “The authorities don’t want to refuse it, as it gives them opportunity for reproduction. By the way, government has never been changed in our country through elections,”- said ARF member Armen Rustamyan. ARF initiative will be discussed during a session, after which NA will continue discussing new Government project.
