With 100 for, 15 against, 20 abstained votes, today the NA adopted planned changes in “Accounting records” law. Before voting, ARF deputy Artsvik Minasyan announced that those deputies, who may have conflict of interests because of this law, should not take part in the voting and it will be fairer. “I accept a struggling deputy, but it is a deputy’s will to take part or not,”- announced NA President Galust Sahakyan, in fact, showing that there are such deputies in the hall. We note that these changes have intention to free large businesses- having one billion AMD circulation, from mandatory audit. According to oppositional deputies, this is another way of increasing corruption and shadow.
