Montenegro (until 30.11.14) and Albania announced about visa abolition for Armenian citizens. This is informed by MFA speaker Tigran Balayan on his Facebook page. By the way, Montenegro’s name has been circulated more often connected with Eurovision, when Armenians gave the maximum 12 points to that country representative.
