Many years ago, the Armenian people won a major victory – a real victory and not a moral one as they usually say, says Aram Manukyan, Secretary of the Armenian National Congress (HAK) parliamentary group.
“That victory has its price but only the winners appreciate it,” he said. “Unfortunately, the authorities do not appreciate the victory and do not commend it. The families of the victims today live in miserable conditions; many have left armenia in search of better living conditions. The holiday is not on its heights…”
