Before criticizing Armenian statesmen, simply think about the reaction of the international community; let us discuss the issue first before making a fuss over it, Minister of Culture Hasmik Poghosyan said on May 9 when asked about the erection of Soviet-era statesman Anastas Mikoyan’s statue in Yerevan. She also said the issue is beyond the competence of the agency she heads.
