Shavarsh Kocharyan: US hopes for progress in Karabakh peace deal (video)
OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chair James Warlick did not say new things in his statement, says Deputy Foreign Minister of Armenia Shavarsh Kocharyan. “In his speech, Warlick expressed his desire to see progress in the Karabakh peace process. Everyone knows that there are two necessary preconditions for the settlement,” Mr Kocharyan said at Victory Park on May 9. He says it is necessary to create an atmosphere of trust between the parties and involve Nagorno Karabakh in the talks. For more details watch the video.
